Express Water Heater Service

Amazing!!!! I was in shock when I walked into my garage, late afternoon, and found my water heater spewing water onto my flooding garage floor. I called Earl whose business card was still attached to my water heater since initial installation about 12 years ago. He answered asked me for the color of the little panel, and then told me he would see what could be done to fix the problem. He finished the job where his call originated, and was in my garage less than an hour later. He took one look and said my water heater was in great shape, no need to replace it (Whew). He gave me the diagnosis - the panel needed to be replaced) and an estimate that helped me breath again, and explained why these particular panels fail over the years). He had an updated replacement panel. His work took place a little over an hour. I appreciate that he showed me the tiny hole in the original panel (reason for the failure). His price was 75% less than I anticipated. What more could I hope for? Additionally, he was ethical, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you Earl at Express Water Heater Service.

Aaron is a very hard working, knowledgeable plumber. My parents recommended him and I'm glad they did. Way better than dealing with a big company. If he didn't answer the phone it's because he's hard at work on another job and he calls right back. His service is supreme. He installed an American made Bradford White with self cleaning feature to prevent sediment buildup and was very affordable. Better product and service than you'll find at a box store. Was a pleasure yet hopefully won't have to see him again soon haha.

Aaron at Express Water Heater Service has been truly wonderful. When we needed our tank replaced, he came out promptly, helped me choose the right option, found the best price, and installed it quickly. About a month later we were having some issues and he was there in about 2 hours -- after business hours. Turns out the issue was actually impacting the whole neighborhood because the city had doubled the water pressure. He charged nothing for coming out and even helped out another neighbor who wasn't even a customer. Honest, fast, and helpful in every way.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could! My elder in-laws gas water heater quit. After calling NW Natural we were referred to Aaron at Express Water Heater. He said he could fit us in the same day to look at it. After coming to check it out, and finding out it wasn't a simple fix, he helped us decide to replace the water heater, which he did the same day. I'm sure it added hours to his long day, but he was very friendly and professional... and he did it for a little less than he quoted them. Highly recommended!!

Called Aaron about my 17 year old suddenly leaky water heater about 4 pm on a Wednesday and by 6:30 that evening I had a new water heater installed. I rarely have such quick and courteous service. I would recommend Express to anyone that needs a water heater repaired or replaced. Thanks, Aaron

I'm not much of a reviewer but the service provided by Aaron at Express is a game changer. My water heater stopped working. Aaron fit me in on the day of my call which was not expected. He had the parts that were needed, was able to replace them and I was up and running within the hour. Aaron provides exceptional customer service, quality workmanship and stands behind his work, all for an affordable price. So happy that I found someone of his caliber in my area.
